Please Note: In order to cut down on production time and the processing of all orders, sample sizes are no longer being offered.
BUBBLING SCRUBS & WHIPPED SOAPS: Settling may occur during shipping and appear to be less than full, this is the nature of the product. All whipped soaps and bubbling scrubs are packaged by weight and not by volume.
LIP BALMS: The propel-repel mechanism in our tubes was made for a twist up use only, these are not like lipstick tubes that can be twisted up and then back down. Only twist out what is needed at time of use. Failing to do so can result in product being wasted and not being able to be twisted back into the tube. This is just the nature of the packaging and does not constitute a defective product and is not subject to replacement, refund or exchange.

Payment
CLEARANCE ITEMS: Any codes, shipping discounts, etc DO NOT apply to clearance items, no exceptions will be made. Please place a separate order for the clearance items when using any discount codes. Order will be subject to cancellation shall you use discount codes with these items. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment is via Shop Pay or Credit Card.
At this time, personal checks, money orders or certified checks are not accepted.
California residents have an additional charge of 9.5% sales tax that is automatically included at checkout.
Shipping
In an ongoing effort to keep up with the continual rise of shipping costs, we update our shipping charges per USPS, UPS and FedEx rate increases.
First class rates will vary depending on weight and contents of smaller items.
Please make sure your mailing address is up to date.
PLEASE NOTE: We can not and will not ship to a different address AFTER an order has been placed. In this case, we will cancel the order and refund the money. You can then place another order with the correct shipping address.
We ship Monday-Thursday. Whenever you order, please allow up to 10 business days during holidays and sales, but is typically 2-5 business days, during extreme busy times shipping can take up to 21 business days, in this case we will stop taking orders to catch up and get our processing time back down. We know what it's like to wait anxiously for something and strive to ship quickly.
PLEASE NOTE: There are times where shipping can be up to 21 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays) during busy times (sales, press releases, Fall season and Christmas particularly). We ship Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please plan ahead. Should you require a rush order, please contact us first to see if we are able to accommodate your request. There is a fee of $15 for rush orders (not available to International buyers and does not include any overnight shipping fees). If you should have any questions please contact us anytime.
If you need an order asap, please contact us first so we can work something out. There is a $15 rush order fee.
Regarding International shipping: Debaucherous Alchemy is not responsible for the destruction or confiscation that is due to Customs. Fees imposed by Customs and/or imports are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your Customs rules and regulations fees before placing your order.

Our preferred method of shipping is via USPS. Most single item orders will ship via First Class. Anything over 13 ounces will ship via Priority Mail or Parcel Post, larger packages ship preferably flat rate. Typically, up to 8 jars can ship in a padded flat rate envelope. Anything more will ship medium flat rate or Regional A due to the weight of the jars.

First Class Mail~Estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days.
Priority Mail~Typically 1 to 3 business days to most locations in the US (Specific delivery standards may be available when postage is calculated). This is not a guaranteed service.
If your order is returned for any reason (ie; wrong mailing address provided by you), you are responsible for shipping charges to resend the package. Please make sure your shipping address in your is up to date. We are not responsible for lost packages due to wrong address info submitted by the customer. If a shipping error was made on our part, you are not responsible for additional shipping charges.
During hot weather some products may appear liquidy, this is normal, just place in a cool place and the product will re-solidify. This does not affect the quality of the product. Whipped Soaps, Bubbling Scrubs, Bathory, Lotion and Sugar Scrubs may not ship during hot weather. Our California weather can get upwards of 100 degrees and up in the summer months. Yikes!
All orders ship with delivery confirmation. Insurance is included with orders up to $50.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, we will gladly work with you to resolve the problem.
If you received the wrong item in error, please contact us immediately, we will gladly work with you to resolve the problem.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if a product is missing or damaged. Missing items need to be reported as soon as possible in order to be investigated properly. Damaged items, please submit photos to us so that we may file a claim with USPS. Any claims made after 7 business days will not be honored.
BUYERS REMORSE: Cancellations may be made within 24 hours if an order has not been processed and/or shipped, then a refund will be given. If an order has been shipped, then refunds will only be given when the package is returned unopened, undamaged, with all contents inside, after contacting us first, minus shipping charges. If the order has been packed and not shipped, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Appearing less then full does not constitute a defective product and is not subject to replacement, refund or exchange.

When lip balms are shipped during hot weather, please take your lip balm and place in the fridge standing up before opening it. This will insure your lip balm cools down and settles back into the tube. Should you open your lip balm before doing this and it should leak, spill, or become damaged, As noted above, this too does not constitute a defective product and is not subject to replacement, refund or exchange.
LOTIONS: Please store in a cool place and out of direct light. If you live in a hot climate or during summer months lotion may arrive slightly liquid, place into the fridge for about 15 to 30 minutes and the lotion should go back to normal.
PLEASE NOTE! All jars are filled by weight, not volume, therefore the product may not fill all the way to the top of the jar. Settling of lotion WILL occur during shipping and appear to be less then full. This is not a defect and as noted above, they are filled by weight, not volume. This does not constitute a defective product and is not subject to replacement, refund or exchange.
Lotion that contains vanilla notes such as pumpkin, cake, marshmallow, etc may discolor over time to a tan, brown or even a pink color, this is completely normal and does not constitute a defective product and is not subject to replacement, refund or exchange.
Please do not use on the face.
If any irritation occurs, please discontinue use.
Best when used within 6 months from date of purchase.
Variations in size, color, scent and form are expected in each and every product and does not constitute a substantial flaw in the product. Furthermore, should you be displeased with a scent, it is up to you, the buyer, to purchase samples that are offered ahead of time to find which scent is right for you. Scents are a personal choice and what may be great for one may not be for another. We do not send a replacement nor refund for items based off of these reasons.
All sales are final. No exceptions.

Please read all ingredients listed in each listing to avoid purchasing anything you may be allergic to.
We do not recommend using products containing essential oils, resins, absolutes or CO2's if you are pregnant, please consult a medical doctor before using any products containing these.
We use the most gentlest and high quality ingredients we can find. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use and contact your physician.
Variations in size, color, scent and form are expected in each and every product and does not constitute a substantial flaw in the product.
There will be times where ones body chemistry just does not want to tolerate them, whether it'd be morphing or the scent just doesn't last. Unfortunately this happens from time to time and is unpreventable. This is why we highly recommend ordering samples first.
Each scent is described with each note that is used for that scent. I try to be descriptive as possible. There are times when one nose may smell something entirely different from anothers. I find it interesting when a customer will tell me that a scent will smell like cantaloupe or something else when there isn't a drop of that note in there. It just goes to show how different we are.
