Please Note: In order to cut down on production time and the processing of all orders, sample sizes are no longer being offered (unless otherwise noted).
BUBBLING SCRUBS & WHIPPED SOAPS: Settling may occur during shipping and appear to be less than full — this is the nature of the product. All whipped soaps and bubbling scrubs are packaged by weight, not volume. May not ship during summer months.
LIP BALMS: The propel-repel mechanism in our tubes is made for twist-up use only — these are not like lipstick tubes that can be twisted up and back down. Only twist out what is needed at time of use. Failing to do so can result in product being wasted and unable to be twisted back into the tube. This is the nature of the packaging and does not constitute a defective product, and is not subject to replacement, refund, or exchange. May not ship during summer months.
BATHORY: Our shower butter, offered seasonally in winter months only. It’s essentially a body butter without water, so on contact with water in the shower it melts and transforms into a lotion on the skin. Because it melts very easily in warm temperatures, we only offer it during the cooler months.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we are only shipping internationally to Canada. We are not currently accepting international orders outside of Canada.

Payment
CLEARANCE ITEMS: Discount codes and shipping discounts do not apply to clearance items, no exceptions. Please place a separate order for clearance items when using discount codes. Orders combining the two are subject to cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment is via Shop Pay or Credit Card. Personal checks, money orders, or certified checks are not accepted at this time.
California residents are charged an additional 9.75% sales tax, automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping rates reflect current USPS, UPS, and FedEx pricing at the time of your order and are subject to change without notice as carrier rates fluctuate.
Please make sure your mailing address is up to date. We cannot and will not ship to a different address after an order has been placed — in that case, we will cancel the order and issue a refund so you can reorder with the correct address.
We ship Monday–Thursday. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days during holidays and sales. During extremely busy periods (sales, press features, Fall season, and Christmas especially), processing can take up to 21 business days — if this happens, we’ll pause new orders temporarily to catch up. We know what it’s like to wait anxiously for something, and we strive to ship as quickly as we can.
Need an order quickly? Contact us first so we can see what’s possible. Rush orders are subject to a $15 fee (domestic only, and does not include overnight shipping costs).
Our preferred shipping method is USPS.
Most single-item orders ship via First Class. Anything over 13 ounces ships via Priority Mail or Parcel Post; larger packages ship flat rate where possible (typically up to 8 jars per padded flat rate envelope; anything more ships medium flat rate or Regional A due to weight).
Estimated delivery times (per USPS, not including our processing time):
• First Class Mail: 1–5 business days
• Priority Mail: 1–3 business days to most US locations (not a guaranteed service)
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you are responsible for the cost to reship. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information submitted by the customer; if a shipping error is made on our part, you will not be charged additional shipping.
During hot weather, some products may appear liquidy — this is normal and doesn’t affect quality; simply place in a cool spot and the product will re-solidify. Whipped soaps, bubbling scrubs, Bathory, lotion, and sugar scrubs may not ship during hot weather, as California summers can reach 100°F and beyond.
All orders ship with delivery confirmation. Insurance is included on orders up to $50.
Regarding Canadian shipments:
Debaucherous Alchemy is not responsible for delays, confiscation, or destruction caused by Customs. Customs and import fees are not included in shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs rules and fees before ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns. If you’re dissatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us — we’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Please report missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged items require photos so we can file a claim with USPS. Claims made after 7 business days will not be honored.
BUYERS REMORSE: Cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering (before processing/shipping) will be refunded in full. If an order has already shipped, refunds are only given once the package is returned unopened, undamaged, and with all contents — after contacting us first — minus shipping charges. If an order has been packed but not yet shipped, a 15% restocking fee applies.
LOTIONS: Store in a cool place, out of direct light. In hot climates or summer months, lotion may arrive slightly liquid — place in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to restore its normal texture. All jars are filled by weight, not volume, so product may not reach the top of the jar, and settling during shipping is normal. This does not constitute a defect.
Lotions with vanilla-forward notes (pumpkin, cake, marshmallow, etc.) may naturally discolor over time to tan, brown, or pink — this is normal and not a defect.
For external use only; please discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Best used within 6 months of purchase.
Variations in size, color, scent, and form are expected across all our products and are not considered defects. Scent is a personal preference — body chemistry affects how a fragrance wears, and we encourage purchasing samples (unless otherwise noted) ahead of time to find what’s right for you. We’re unable to offer replacements or refunds based on scent preference alone.
All sales are final. No exceptions.

We don’t recommend products containing essential oils, resins, absolutes, or CO2 extracts if you’re pregnant — please consult a doctor first.
We use the gentlest, highest-quality ingredients we can source. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your physician.
Everyone’s body chemistry is different — sometimes a scent simply won’t agree with someone, whether through morphing or fading faster than expected. This is unfortunately unpreventable, which is why we recommend ordering samples (unless otherwise noted) first.
Each scent listing includes the notes used, described as accurately as possible. Scent perception varies person to person — it’s not unusual for one nose to pick up something entirely different from another’s.
