Wholesale Policies
As of January 1, 2026, we are currently not offering wholesale.
Please note that our products are offered at wholesale cost for the sole purpose of resale only, when offered.
WE DO NOT DROP SHIP NOR OFFER CONSIGNMENT.
Your store must meet the standards of the Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC brand and not dilute the image we promise to uphold for our wholesale family.
Wholesale partners may not discount, clearance, or include Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC products in any sale, bundle, or promotional pricing without our prior written authorization. Unauthorized discounting undermines brand value and the pricing integrity we maintain for our wholesale family, and will result in immediate termination of your wholesale account without notice. Approved wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities are provided separately to authorized accounts via password-protected access, and are not published publicly.
Accounts will be reviewed annually, and Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC reserves the right to cancel an account if our goods are not being well maintained, stocked in suitable temperatures, displayed well, kept in good hygiene, or if the account changes ownership. Duplication or adulteration of products or packaging, or falsely representing products as your own, is strictly prohibited.
Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC products are only authorized for sale through our official website and our authorized brick-and-mortar retail partner(s). Resale of our products on any third-party marketplace, auction, or classified site — including but not limited to eBay, Mercari, Amazon, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Depop, or similar platforms — by wholesale partners or any other party, is strictly prohibited and not authorized by Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC.
This policy protects the integrity of our brand and ensures our wholesale partners and authorized retailers are not undercut or competed against by unauthorized resellers. It also protects consumers: handmade bath, body, and fragrance products are perishable and sensitive to storage and handling, and we have no way of knowing how a resold item was kept, whether it was previously opened or contaminated, or how long it’s been since it left our hands. We strongly discourage purchasing Debaucherous Alchemy products from anywhere other than our official website or our authorized retail partner.
By accepting these wholesale policies, you authorize Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC to contact the appropriate third-party platform and request termination of any listing found to be in violation.
Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC reserves the right to terminate any wholesale agreement found to be in violation of this policy, and reserves the right to limit or discontinue selling our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible with those of Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC.
Order Fulfillment
Fulfillment can take up to 4 weeks depending on stock levels, so all wholesale clients are asked to plan accordingly. If all products in your order are in stock and ready, you should receive your order within 2 weeks unless expedited shipping is requested. Back-ordered items can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Please specify if you would like items sent as they become ready, or held until the order can be shipped in full. Additional shipping fees apply.
Shipping
Wholesale orders may only be shipped to a verified commercial or retail business address. We do not ship wholesale orders to residential addresses, including home-based businesses without a dedicated storefront, unless otherwise authorized by Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC. Residential shipping exceptions (such as temporary store renovations or relocations) require proof of an active business license and verification of the circumstances before approval. Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC reserves the right to request proof of business address and verify storefront legitimacy prior to fulfilling any wholesale order.
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the products ordered. All orders receive a delivery confirmation or tracking number, depending on the carrier chosen.
All wholesale orders require mandatory insurance based on the wholesale value of the order. If you would like us to use your own shipping account, please include the necessary account information on the shipping page. If your country does not allow the purchase of insurance on your package, Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order believed to be fraudulent.
Wholesale Payments
All orders must be paid in full, in U.S. currency, prior to shipment. We accept secure payment via major credit cards. Any duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
International orders (Canada only at this time) must be paid by wire transfer or US money order, and must arrive in US currency. Any fees associated with the money transfer must be covered in the amount sent. If you need to discuss other payment options, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Wholesale Returns & Restocking Fees
All sales are final.
Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC does not accept returns on wholesale items.
Orders cancelled within 30 days before delivery are subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation fee. This fee is applied before any refund is issued at the time of cancellation.
Lost, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods
All wholesale orders require a signature upon delivery. Orders that cannot be delivered due to no signature being available are subject to redelivery fees and/or return to sender, at the buyer’s expense.
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 2 business days of arrival. Damaged shipments will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments determined to be lost — after thorough research through delivery confirmation tracking — will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given; replacement is the sole remedy.
Canceling/Changing Your Order
We’re happy to make changes to your order within 24 hours of it being placed. After this 24-hour window, changes or additions are not possible, so please review your order carefully before completing it.
Promo Codes
Coupon codes for our regular retail customers are not valid on wholesale orders. Orders using an unauthorized code will be cancelled. Repeated attempts may result in suspension of wholesale privileges.
Holidays
Debaucherous Alchemy will be closed on the following holidays: Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, and the week of Thanksgiving, including the Friday after Thanksgiving Day. We are also closed for an extended winter break from approximately December 18th through January 8th, covering the week before Christmas through the week after New Year’s. You can continue to place orders with us online during any closure, but they will not be processed until we reopen.
Display
It is your responsibility to maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented retail display for Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC products at all times. Products must be stored at suitable temperatures, kept free of dust, damage, or tampering, and displayed in a manner consistent with the quality and image of our brand. Failure to maintain proper display and product condition, as determined by Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC, may result in immediate termination of your wholesale account.
Privacy Policy
We hate spam as much as you do and will never share your information with anyone — it’s for our eyes only. Subscription to our newsletter is not automatic and must be registered for separately. The only automatic subscription is for our resellers, who are added to a wholesalers list to be notified of important policy changes, line sheet updates, and similar matters directly affecting your account and sales.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAP)
This MAP policy applies to all Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC products. Our minimum advertised price is 100% of the Suggested Retail Price (SRP). Resellers may advertise products at a lower price only with written permission from Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC. This policy may be adjusted at our sole discretion.
MAP applies only to advertised prices — it does not restrict the price at which products are actually sold to an individual customer in-store or over the phone. Resellers are not free to sell MAP-restricted products at any advertised price they choose, and may not use generic phrases such as “lowest prices” or “we’ll meet or beat any competitor’s price” in connection with our products.
To protect our resellers from unfair competition and maintain brand image, Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC regularly reviews reseller commerce sites for compliance. Violations allow 24 hours to bring advertising into compliance; failure to do so will result in discontinued shipments and possible account termination.
Authorized retailers may request a waiver of this policy, reviewed at Debaucherous Alchemy’s discretion. Any waiver will be granted in writing or by email only — no oral waivers will be honored.
Internet Retailer Requirements
Resellers must maintain privacy, customer service, and business ethics policies compatible with those of Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC. It’s essential that the Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC name remains a reputable, trusted brand.
All internet resellers must have a web address of their own to sell Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC products — you may not use a subdirectory of another company’s URL (such as an Amazon storefront).
Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC products must be presented as part of a broader category of like products, making up only a portion of your overall online offerings, and must be clearly differentiated from official Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC channels so as not to confuse a reasonable consumer.
Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC will review your website prior to approving an account and reserves the right to refuse sales at its discretion, as well as to periodically review your site for ongoing compliance.
By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you understand and agree to all policies set forth by Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC. This constitutes a legal agreement between you, the buyer, and Debaucherous Alchemy, LLC.
Note: clients must have seasonal orders on file to qualify for in-stock re-order minimums.
Minimum purchase requirements, including opening order and re-order minimums, are provided to approved wholesale accounts via password-protected access and are not published publicly.
If your wholesale registration is not approved, we will cancel and refund any purchases made.
